Engineering management of product teams. This includes managing and guiding software developers and engineers. Very strong engineering discipline is required to effectively manage software development and quality processes.

      Engage in product development. Own product requirements, draft and own Statements of Work, participate in design system engineering meetings, design meetings and code reviews. Solve technical execution problems working directly with technical lead engineers.

      Actively collaborate with Engineering/Sales/Finance/Legal/Strategic Marketing teams to scope and plan their products and programs. The program manager will own the cost and planning of their programs.

      Establish and lead an internal cross-functional core team to conceptualize, plan and manage the development and communication of programs to both internal and external customers.

      Via an established program lifecycle process, deliver high quality products that meet committed requirements, within schedule and budget. Financial budgeting and management skills required.

      Have the necessary problem-solving skills to effectively mitigate risks and communicate plans of actions to the customer and senior management.

      This position requires the ability to meet high expectations, and make a difference in a fast-paced, ever-evolving start-up environment.

      Periodic international travel is required.

       BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

      MBA or MS highly desirable.

      5-10 years experience in the wireless industry, 3 of which focused on technical program management.

      Strong system engineering and software skills especially in either embedded applications and middleware, or web and mobile end-to-end services.

      Engineering management experience. Experience leading teams of (5-30) engineers to develop products.

      Experience interfacing with international partners and customers.

      Strong financial and business planning experience. Knowledge of software and financial planning tools.

Mobile Applications Developer

Scope

      Design, develop, and verify multimedia applications on embedded mobile devices in a dynamic, growing organization.

      Range of applications includes Media Players, Video Telephony, Mobile TV, and Camera recorders.

      BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

      Software architecture design experience

      Experience with product lifecycle processes.

      At least 2 years experience developing C or C++ software on an embedded device.

      At least 2 years experience developing software on an embedded device RTOS (Symbian, J2ME, BREW, Linux, pSOS, embos, Pocket PC or PalmOS).

      Working knowledge of software configuration management tools (ClearCase)

Preferred Qualifications - experience in any of the following areas:
